The Beck company completed an addition on our home which required removing a porch, then
building a new kitchen with a two car garage under it. Initially, Richard Beck worked
through our plans with us and assisted us to ensure we could complete our project within
budget. When the construction began, their work was handled professionally and with
respect to our family's needs for living in the space throughout the project.
Our Colonial home was built in 1929 and, therefore, had some issues arise which were
handled effortlessly by the Beck company. I don't know that a contractor with less
experience would have been as knowledgeable as Richard to know how to best deal with
this old house. We have received numerous compliments from friends and passersby
regarding how well the addition blends into the original house. Finally, as with any
large project, certain "adjustments" were made to the plan as the project progressed
and the Becks accepted every change graciously and with commitment to our satisfaction.
We recommend Richard and Rodney with confidence in their honesty and integrity as well as
their experience and skill.

To Whom It May Concern:
It is with great pleasure and no
reservations that I recommend RA Beck
Remodelers (Richard and Rodney Beck). They
produce excellent quality work at a fair
price and in a timely, professional
fashion. Having interviewed and evaluated 8
contractors for our project, it was
immediately clear that the Beck's really
care about their customers and the projects
they undertake. Most important, Richard and
Rodney are genuinely good people who can be
trusted.
Our renovation project was a significant and
complicated one - ripping off the top half
of our 1 1/2 story home and building up a
new 2nd and 3rd floor addition consisting of
4 BR's including a master suite, 2
Bathrooms, a laundry room and much needed
storage space. Not only was this work
completed while we lived in the 1st floor,
but outside space and access limitations
were challenging (5' between us and the next
door neighbor on one side and a driveway
width on the other side plus lots of
overhead lines, wires and trees). Finally,
as with any renovation, the challenge of
seamlessly integrating the 'new' with the
existing can be demanding and difficult.
The manner in which I ultimately measured my
satisfaction was how well the new addition
was integrated into the original 1928-built
home. Simply put, Richard and Rodney built
a house on top of an already existing house
and pulled it off very nicely while
exceeding our expectations!
In particular, we appreciated RA Beck's vast
experience and knowledge they brought to our
job and the manner in which they approached
their work - they listened to our needs,
offered thorough explanations with useful
recommendations, and were on top of
everything down to the smallest details.

RA Beck converted an old garage and added on to create a master bedroom
suite and an additional bedroom. Both Rich and Rodney were fabulous to
work with. They listened to what we wanted and delivered a magnificent product.
Both inside and out you would never know it was an addition. They matched
up the brick, stone, and siding perfectly. The woodwork is also a perfect
match. The craftsmanship on the woodworking is beautiful. They built a
very solid structure. It was a big undertaking. Their guidance and
professionalism were top notch. We absolutely love our room! We would
highly recommend their services.
